Training

Teaching is my passion. I regularly take on teaching assignments at universities. Moreover, I provide training to teams and staff, focusing on diversity competence and anti-discrimination, I design entire diversity days, or specific workshops covering topics related to diversity, education, and personal development.

Conveying complex content in an accessible way is one of my favorite challenges. It is essential for me to present knowledge in an engaging and understandable manner. My interdisciplinary understanding and well-founded knowledge of different types of organizations qualify me as a competent mediator of theory and practice.

The core of my training philosophy is the insight that humor creates common ground and fosters change. I steer away from blame and shame, recognizing that friction and resistance are integral parts of the learning process. A training is truly successful when I, too, learn something from it.
