As a coach, my initial focus is to provide a space where you can authentically show up without pressure — not primarily to me as a coach, but to yourself. I am here to assist you in weaving the threads that create a connection for your decisions or your onward journey.

I go beyond abstract personality traits; equally important is connecting these traits with your experiences, background, and current situation. Based on this foundation, I support you in gaining clarity on a specific issue or defining fundamental goals and next developmental steps.
